Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington is one of the 60+ communities that makes up Presbyterian Homes and Serivces (PHS) nonprofit, faith-based organization. Our organization strives to fulfill our mission of honoring God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults. Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington is considered to be one of the main hub sites of the organization, located just a few minutes south of Minneapolis, with roughly 375 dedicated staff members working to serve over 450 residents throughout a full continuum of care. Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington offers a large campus with unique care settings like subsidized living, memory care and a transitional care unit to meet all of our resident's needs throughout their aging process. Our nursing home is licensed for 98 beds (consisting of 40 long-term care, 40 transitional care, and18 memory care). Our site has proudly hosted UW- Eau Claire administrative residency students for over 10 years, providing our students with many opportunities for growth and development within. Both our nursing home administrator and campus administrator are UWEC HCAD alum themselves, who are eager to continue to support the growth of UWEC future long-term care leaders.
