Skilled nursing, assisted living, independent senior housing, rehabilitation, dementia care, home health. Non-profit. Nestled in south Bloomington along the Minnesota River, the Minnesota Masonic Home sits on 88 acres surrounded by the serene beauty of trees, grassland, and water. In addition to our residents, it’s a place where the wildlife also call home. The Minnesota Masonic Home is rich in history having existed on this expansive campus since the early 1900’s. As of 2023, we offer the continuum of care with 56 Independent Living Townhomes, 45 Assisted Living Apartments, and 214 skilled nursing beds (100 beds of Transitional Care, 94 beds of Long-Term Care, and 20 beds of Memory Care). Also on our campus, the recently built Minnesota Masonic Heritage Center, consists of an impressive 420 seat auditorium, a state of the art Museum and Library, and banquet spaces. The Minnesota Masonic Home was nationally recognized as the #1 nursing home by Newsweek in 2023, consistently maintains a high CMS star rating through excellent staffing numbers, good survey results, and high performance on quality measures, and low turnover among our 500 employees. Minnesota Masonic Home has been a proud partner with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, hosting residency students from the HCAD program every year for over a decade. Our culture and leadership team embraces the HCAD students and is committed to ensuring their residency experience is high quality and high class.
